End-of-Summer Sizzle You Don’t Want to Miss!

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s happening in the next couple of weeks and what you can potentially get involved in.

• Seattle Harvest Community-Wide Prayer Rally :: Thursday, August 19th @ 7:30pm. Join hundreds of churches from all over Seattle and Bellevue as we gather under one roof to pray for a harvest for our city in preparation for Seattle Harvest. The prayer rally will be held tonight at Westminister Chapel (13646 NE 24th Street, Bellevue, WA 98005).

• Evangelism for Dummies Training @ {UNPLUGGED} :: Friday, August 20th @ 7:00pm. Have you ever wished that you could be better and bolder when it comes to evangelism and sharing your faith with your friends, family members, co-workers, and neighbors?  Join us at {UNPLUGGED} on Mercer Island (3767-77th Ave SE) this Friday, August 20th at 7pm for a free seminar on evangelism as Pastor Dale Kohaya shares with us a more holistic view and approach to evangelism and equips us with practical tools that will help any of us become more confident and effective in sharing our faith. • Neighborhood Canvassing :: Saturday, August 21st @ 9:30am. Join Pastor Nancy and other Lighthouse members as they visit door-to-door in the Phantom Lake area to invite our neighbors to Lighthouse for our upcoming series: A Daring Journey: On Mission with Jesus. • 2nd Annual 29:11 Summer BBQ :: Saturday, August 21st @ 2:00pm. Come meet and hang out with other young career adults, play games, and enjoy delicious barbecue at THE LID PARK on Mercer Island this coming Saturday! • Crazy Love Celebration @ {UNPLUGGED} ::  Friday, August 27th @ 7:00pm. Free pizza and free love!!
